Come to our 'Natale' special Fresh Pasta Masterclass and learn how to add a little dolce vita to your feasting table this Christmas. Led by our head sfoglina Roberta d'Elia, you'll learn how make the typical Italian festive filled pasta 'tortellini in brodo' (tortellini in broth) and a decadent Pheasant & Juniper Berry ragù.
Class will kick off with a festive cocktail - or soft drink of your choice - and you will get a portion of broth and ragu to take home and enjoy with your fresh pasta.
